Here's a couple of pics from an antique mall we saw in, appropriately, Paradise, Pennsylvania. The glass cases are all old GI Joes & Action Man. And some hefty price tags to remind you it ain't 1966 anymore!

I finally found some time to get down to the workbench in the basement for some 1/6th work, and the damn neighbor shows up. And keeps knocking on the window and talking. No wonder I can't get anything done!!!

I have every book published about The Hunley. One Civil War book I highly recommend is "Confederates in the Attic". Since I saw on a different thread where Kid Kat recommended the book "Blood and Thunder", I thought I would ask everyone if they have any books they really loved and would recommend. My library is full of WWII books but I would like to expand it to other areas. Thanks for any suggestions....Kat

If anyone is in the area of Springfield Armory, Massachussetts, they're having a Military Timeline with re-enactors from Rev War thru Vietnam on 06/27/ 2008 from 9-4. Great op for learning about the different periods, as well as the Armory Museum. Stop by the Indian War tent and I'll be there.

The City of Fort Thomas Kentucky Renaissance Board has asked that we conduct a poll, regarding their possibly producing an exclusive figure of Paul W. Tibbets. Tibbets was inducted at the Ft. Thomas Military Reservation during WW2.
