This was a holster I did up for the BGT's peacemaker. (Not one person I have shown this to believes me the gun is only a inch and a half long.) I know it's not 100% correct, but I was just testing the new leather I got. Hope everyone enjoys and if this is in the wrong place please do what you want. -It is a gift -I know, it's called a Prince Albret

Don't know how more correct it can be. Holsters weren't standardized production line cookie cuts. The different styles followed the inherent characteristics of their respective schools of design, but each one was it's own creation. Your piece is precisely what it's meant to be. If I had to give any advice, it would be to run the stitch back again the other way. Certainly wouldn't make it any more correct, but it would tighten the appearance up. Keep the pattern for this. I wouldn't change a thing. You can do various cuts on the loops to change the ornamentation quality on future pieces to mix things up a bit, yet keep the overall architectural design which you've nailed. Super job.
